Does paying with Monero make casino play anonymous?
No. Monero hides who paid whom and how much on the blockchain, but the casino still sees your account, your IP and anything you give it, and it can ask for ID before a withdrawal as stated in its terms. XMR is also hard to buy: Binance delisted it on 20 Feb 2024, and exchanges in several countries have done the same.

The network fee is small. The cost that matters with Monero is getting it: fewer exchanges sell it, and swap services add spreads.
