Is crypto gambling legal in Ukraine?

Only with a Ukrainian licence
Law No. 768-IX of 14 July 2020 legalised gambling under licence. PlayCity replaced the previous regulator, KRAIL, on 1 April 2025. In its first year it blocked more than 4,100 illegal sites, cut blocking time to one day and opened self-exclusion through the Diia app.
